experience, she has consistently demonstrated effectiveness
in designing, developing, implementing and facilitating
leadership and management development programs for a
wide variety of clients.

coaching and consulting. An excellent listener, she
combines her natural curiosity with an ability and willingness

satisfaction and their individual form of success. Cindy

Prior to co-founding Parallax Consulting, Inc., Cindy
was with IBM for nine years. She holds a Master's Degree
in Whole Systems Design and is a Certified Professional
Coach with advanced training in Organization and Relationship
Systems Coaching.

Don
is a dynamic organization consultant with a passion
for seeing results in people's lives. With 40 years
of real-world experience in human resource development,
consulting, management, and administration in a variety
of professional organizations, and a bias for the pragmatic
and practical, Don is an invaluable sounding board and
resource. His ability to keep the big picture clearly
in mind in the midst of everything is rare.
An observant and responsive facilitator, Don is frequently
commended for his ability to make relevant connections
back to the workplace. He lives what he teaches and
strongly prefers an asking versus telling
approach. Don values honesty, directness, innovation
and teamwork ideally mixed with a good dose of fun.
Prior to co-founding Parallax Consulting, Inc., Don
held positions with several major high tech, hospitality
and financial firms. He has a Master's Degree in Psychology,
as well as numerous certificates to teach management-level
programs and develop and implement major training systems.
