We coach individuals to become successful leaders, and employees to increase their value and contribution to an organization. Together, the coach and client create an intentional, respectful and powerful partnership - based on honesty, feedback and trust - that supports the client in successfully attaining his or her goals.
A note about our fees: We understand the importance of being able to explore concerns, ideas and challenges with your coach sooner rather than later. Therefore, we offer a unique approach to how we charge for our coaching. We negotiate a flat rate, usually monthly, that encourages our clients to contact us as soon as they have an issue, instead of waiting until it's a full-blown problem.
Working within the organization's framework, and supported by valuable co-worker input, the client has the benefit of learning how others see them, and then making conscious and intentional choices about which behaviors, attitudes and mindsets are serving them well and which they could change for better results.
